About Stephen Smith

About Me:: Initiated into the Sufi Order in 1977 by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan. Married Marie Fornari later in 1977 and we are still married, with two grown sons. I just recently produced and released a new recording of 12 Sufi songs, Every Sound I Hear, with performances from musicians affiliated with both the Sufi Order and the Sufi Ruhaniat. The words are the poems and prayers of Hazrat Inayat Khan with original music by me that is sung by Dilwara Fletcher. Visit our website to hear the music.
